• Customized event solutions

All services are subject to availability and project requirements. We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payments

To confirm any booking, clients may be required to pay an advance deposit as discussed during the quotation process.

Payment terms

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• Remaining payments must be cleared before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other approved payment methods.
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

Refund policy

• Advance payments made for confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the cancellation timeline and expenses already incurred.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide written notice for any cancellation.

Cancellation charges

• Cancellation made well in advance may qualify for a partial refund.
• Cancellation close to the event date may result in full forfeiture of the advance amount.
• Any non-recoverable vendor payments, production costs, or customized material expenses will be charged to the client.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or force majeure events, both parties will work together to reschedule the event whenever possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details and timelines.
• Obtaining required permissions or licenses if applicable.
• Ensuring timely approvals for designs, themes, and concepts.
• Cooperating with the event coordination team for smooth execution.

Any delays caused due to incomplete information or late approvals may affect project timelines and deliverables.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, designs, branding materials, layouts, photographs, videos, graphics, and event-related content created by Party Vibes remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to use event photos, videos, and creatives for promotional, portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver events with the highest standards, Party Vibes shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party vendors
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Government restrictions or emergencies
• Venue-related issues beyond our control
• Technical failures or unforeseen operational disruptions

Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service booked.

8. Third-Party Vendors

Certain services may be provided through third-party vendors, suppliers, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers, or venues. While we coordinate and manage these vendors professionally, we are not directly responsible for their independent actions, delays, or service failures.

9. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

All website content including logos, graphics, images, and text is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
